♠ All my packages will ship through USPS and a tracking number will be provided. If tracking is not provided through Big Cartel, check your PayPal account for more information.
♠ If the item arrives damaged I'll be more than glad to refund the product cost, but not the shipping.
♠ International Shipping may take from 2 to 6 weeks (sometimes more) due to weather conditions, customs etc. No matter where the item travels. You'll be able to track it!
♥ I am not responsible for any lost items. I won't refund the product cost if it is lost after being shipped. I don't think it's fair to do so after I have no control over what USPS or mail carriers do when items are in transit. *99% of the item my items arrive to their destination*-Be aware of this still before placing an order.
♥ If you damage the item after being received I won't replace it or refund the item price. What happens to the item after being received is the buyers responsibility.
